Network Marketing - Is Network Marketing for You?

Network marketing and MLM ads can be easily found all over the Internet. You see them every
where with promises of wealth and time freedom. Well the truth of the matter is that YES it does
promise wealth and freedom BUT not to
everyone.

The cold hard truth is that 97 percent of the masses who attempt Network Marketing or MLM will
fail. It has always been this way and it will always be this way. This 97 percent failure rate isn't only
applied to this industry but to any other industry that promises BIG rewards. It is the same for Real
Estate, Law, Medicine, Special Forces in the military, Careers in Aviation and Fire Fighting.

Why is this that 97 percent fail in this industry?

Well first of all the rewards that lie at the end of the rainbow are life changing:

  1. The monetary value is much higher than most common career choices.
  2. More money earned can equal to less time working.
  3. A lifestyle that may be envied by most.
  4. Self-employment.
  5. No more commute.
  6. More time to spend doing what you love or with whom you love.

I have worked up to 12 hours per day from home but does this bother me? Heck no. Let me tell
you something, working for yourself from home is much different than having to work for someone
else on their schedule. You get to control your life and to me that is one of the best rewards that
this industry offers.

Most people fail because 97 percent are not willing to do for themselves what they will do for an
employer. 97 percent of the people who attempt Network Marketing or MLM are used to getting
paid for their time instead of their efforts.

Getting paid for your efforts means to make profit. Profit will always be worth much more than
getting paid for time.

Most people fail because they quit. They find a great opportunity or something that they believe is
great and when they finally figure out that there is actually work involved, they quit. Most quit before
they really get
started.  Success in this industry requires consistent work on your business and on
yourself.
If you are truly serious and can only commit to part time effort then you should find at least
2 to 3 hours during weekdays and up to 8 hours per weekend days.

Yes working your business will take away time from your rest and recreation but it will lead to a life
changing and prosperous business that you control.

Okay you are begining to get the point, but now you may be asking how long will you have to
commit to your business?

If you are serious about really becoming successful, you should commit anywhere from 6 months
to a full year in business before you really get some momentum going.

I don't mean it will take you a full year to earn any money. You can start earning in your first week
but it will take up to a full year for your business to really start earning consistent income. Income
that can potentially change your lifestyle and keep you home for good working for yourself.

Most people have been so conditioned for years to rely on security. They have been trained by
society to remain safe in their comfort zones as employees. When you start your own business
from home you will not always rely on the same income each week or month. As a business
owner, your income will fluctuate. It can go up and down. Employees love to get paid for their time
and love to know that they are going to get paid x amount of dollars for working x amount of hours.
When most new marketer's passion wears off for their business and they find out that  real
Entrepreneurs live in the 'Unknown', most pack it in saying that maybe it wasn't for them.

There is really no such thing as security as the world is finding out with all of the changes taking
place in our economy.

However there is some 'Real Magic' for the guy or gal who decides to take the plunge in the
unknown and go all the way. I think that having to rely on a steady paycheck is 'Risky' in the long
run and that becoming self-reliant is a much more 'Safer' way to live.

Now with all that being said and done, is the Network Marketing and MLM Industry for YOU?
