How to Create Passive Income:
Passive income is by far the best and quickest way to wealth. Passive income is basically a
residual type of income that allows you to earn money on a consistent basis without your
consistent effort.

Most people believe that in order to become wealthy they would have to work harder and
longer. The only problem is that there are only 24 hours in a day and only so much that you
can do all by yourself.

Passive income opportunities require some effort in the beginning to get up and running but
once it hits a certain momentum, only a part time or casual effort will be needed to ‘tweak’ or
‘maintain’ it.

Here are 10 ways to earn and create Passive Income:

1. Laundromat Business:
Laundromats are basically recession proof businesses that are always in need. Even some
people who own houses that are equipped with washers and dryers use Laundromats on a
weekly basis to save on rising electricity costs and to get multiple loads washed at one time.

Most of your effort will go in at the beginning to find a good location and equipping it with the
proper machines. After that you will only be required to put in part time effort like cleaning and
maintenance duties. You will be making money in your sleep if you open 24 hours.

2. Vending Business:
There are many vending machine companies with routes and machines for sale. After your
required purchase and ongoing royalties, all you will have to do is fill up your machines when
they go empty and maintain them.

If you do not want to pay royalties, you can purchase you own machines and find your own
locations and suppliers. This will put more money in your pocket in the long run but will take a
little longer to get set up since you will be required to establish your own connections.

3. Industrial Carpet and Mat Business:
Some entrepreneurs will rent out industrial carpets and mats to commercial businesses who
need this type of service. Many businesses couldn’t be bothered with purchasing their own
mats for hallways and corridors.

Many of them simply pay to have them picked up, dropped off and cleaned.

4. Sign Rental Business:
Drop off and pick up small billboards and mobile advertising signs. There is a huge demand for
this type of business.

You charge flat fees based on how long your signs are rented for. Some entrepreneurs make
ongoing money on signs that are rented out for months at time. Some contracts last even years.

5. Cleaners:
Start and get your own cleaning business up and running. Once you get enough business and
things are looking good financially, hire a manager and then start another one.

Eventually you can have a full chain of cleaning stores and not have to work in any of them.

6. Sewing Business:
Hire a bunch of workers skilled in sewing fabrics and clothing. There are many large
manufacturing companies that would be glad to outsource work to you.

There are also brokers with established connections in the clothing and fabric industry that can
hook you up. Eventually after your business is up and running, hire your best worker, give them
a supervisor’s title and let them manage your business for you.

7. Content Website:
Start your own content website regarding articles and content in your niche. Write about your
area of expertise in your own website.

In the beginning you will need to promote your website and once the search engines find your
site, they begin to start sending traffic for free.

You place ads on it and x amount of people will click on your ads. You get paid for every click
that they make. While you are sleeping your website is still making money for you.

8. MLM or Network Marketing:
Make money with MLM or Network Marketing and you can be earning while you sleep when
people are signing up on your website. You make money when new people sign up with you
and also for selling products and services for companies.

Make residual income commissions every time you make a return sale or someone in your
down line makes a sale.

Most of these marketing systems are automated and can have people paying you and signing
themselves up on their own.

The key to success in this business model is to have on going ads 24 / 7 bringing constant
traffic to your website and marketing system.

Have you ever heard of guys making thousands of dollars but only working 3 or 4 hours per
day? That’s how they do it. They have become pros in Internet marketing.

9. E-book:
Write your own E-book and then sell it online. Advertise it online and make money every time
someone buys it from your website.

Everyone has an area of expertise that they can share with the world. Writing a book in your
niche really isn’t hard once you get started.

Many people are a little intimidated by writing but once you start, you will see that it really isn’t
very hard.

10. Real Estate:
This is by far the best way to become wealthy with passive income. Some investors will
purchase real estate to flip it and make a quick profit.

Others will purchase rental units and earn long term passive income. Recession is a great time
to buy but you will really have to watch the markets.

Real estate is great and can make you rich however; there is a learning curve that you will have
to go through as in any other business. If this type of opportunity interests you, make sure to
get fully educated on the topic before taking any steps.
